Hi Natalie Dawn,
can you give us little more information about your computer, so we can maybe assist you in fixing it.
Things that can help us to help you are.
1. which windows 7 do you have ? is it 32but or 64bit, home/prem/ultimate ?
2. which capture card are you using / or webcam if it is all in one.
3. Have you made sure to go to windows update and updated windows ?
4. have you updated to the latest performer application ?
5. have you installed and made sure flash player is up-to-date too ?
6. have you made sure to have the latest hardware drivers for the webcam or capture card ?
basically list what you are using to broadcast and from there on will try help you to sort the problem, also maybe give us an example how it freezes is it when you do a certain thign or is it just very random ?
