PLEASE explain what I am doing wrong that is causing this to happen.
All I can think is that you are unsubscribing from them (which happens if you reply to the notification email that is sent). That's the only way a notification gets deactivated in the database.

Well, I wasn't unsubscribing from them. And I was finally able to restore them all. But this was the second time that, for some reason, all of my Online Notifications were wiped out. I truly hope that it doesn't happen again.
I don't know if it was related in any way, but somehow my subscriptions were also switched from "Yes" to "No" so I wasn't receiving any other e-mail either.
