As their adventure continues on the South African cape, the boys of BelAmi take a break from the filming of 150 gay porn scenes for a karaoke sun-downer. Sporting Bermuda shorts and bow ties (when they’re not rocking out topless) top BelAmi stars Kevin, Nils, Helmut, Yannis, Sven and many of their friends perform stirring, hilarious and heartfelt renditions of some of their favorite songs.

It’s clear from the get-go that these boys know how to have fun. As they flirt, play, sing, dance and party it’s easy to feel a part of their group. A group that is both easygoing and entertaining, a combination that has become the hallmark of their time together during Jambo Africa. Kevin Warhol channels George Michael as he belts out “Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go,” and Helmut Huxley shows his rebellious side with his stellar interpretation of The Cranberries “Zombie.” Yannis jerks some tears, singing “I Believe I Can Fly.”

In one of many unforgettable moments, Sven Basquiat grabs the mic and shows off some secret oral skills, with some incredibly impressive beat boxing.

While the individual performances are a treasure to see, the best moments are when they share the joy of song together. Their ensemble version of “Don’t Worry Be Happy” and “Jar of Hearts” will make you laugh and sing along.  As usual, it’s evident that these boys enjoy life, love what they do, adore being together.
