I hope these insights will help you understand. There are 11 reasons why it has become rather quiet as of late, many more reasons if you happen to be VIP.
1. Robots great us. Do you want to talk to a fake auto greating?
2. Busy Elsewhere. How dare we interrupt a model enjoying interaction on many other sites.
3. Excessive Kicking/Banning. Do you want to talk after being banned within seconds of entering a room? I actualy miss being banned because it is more authentic than a robot prompting me, at least a ban was real. We remember all those who have banned us durring the reign of terror.
4. Endless Curtains. I am afraid of getting an eye exam the day after I log off from here. Endles waisted time. The admin has increased more and more time waisting flatulance in our face with the monotony of curtain staring.
5. Premiership Rates. In effect the site has basicaly instucted us that anyone of middle class income or below must move to back of the line and choose the crumbs. If a premier model is sucessful, all the more power to them. But, they have left us behind. Still feel like chatting up a storm?

I'd LOVE the chance to tackle what I can spar, so here is my try, keep in mind please that I am new (at least to being full time - had 9 months off in the middle of my being here too).
1. NOT in my room, but I see your point. In fact, because when I mention a quiet member by name (or someone who just entered) they seem to get spooked and run off I try to talk to the room as a whole unless spoken to specifically. I hate doign this it seems cold, but the disappearing handles thing makes me think ya'll get spooked.
2. Again, not in my room - and plenty of rooms that I have seen where this isn't an issue as well ( coming from myself being a VIP member on your side of things as well).
3. I only ban someone after trying to educate them as to why their behavior isn't ok. If they continue, I don't want to bring the vibe in my room down so yeah, I ban.

5. I've been logging in anywhere from 60cpm - 90cpm this week to test this theory as I thought it just might be the case...I got the most shows at 90cpm (not including 60cpm bc 90 is new to me). Go figure, I know...but just sayin'

IN MY DEFENSE there is a well known member here who tips for things that aren't sexual at all - such as smiling, sips of coke and i hear for c00kies too. and i get so angry when people call me out for not doing anything for it either! how do YOU know what the member whispered to me to do? you have no clue! this man happens to be my top fan and my only 'training' i've had or guidance in this and he's been there since day 1. i appreciate the living crap outta him! lol

Quite frankly, the reply is simular to most flirt mail feedback, I think your answers on some of the points to be regurgitations from from insider control, yet many of your other responses seem genuine.
If the higher cpms earn you more, go for it.
Many have expressed dissatisfaction with whispering. All I can tell you is that my spending used to quardruple here, when I could whisper.
Yes, it must be difficult to address what members want, but you do have the tools to deal with almost any situation.
I expected that you would see what it is like from the customer's point of view in my posting.
But, heck if this site wants to play hard ball, keep pushing.
Keep taking privilages away from us.
Keep advocating what make you work and keeps you happy.
All I know is that this USED to be a friendly place and there used to be a lot more chatting, interaction, and fun.

To me, there's now a lot of indifference to this site, hence, my departure, for the most part. A lot of it has to do with life events that have altered my wants/needs vs what I can afford. I've seen everything from 40-150 cpm depending on the model. $15/minute??? C'mon man...

i know, all the guys say "bb is too expensive" but to talk and to be a little bit nice is not expensive, is free

I can assure you that I have absolutely NO manager or training or 'insider voice' (can't remember the term you used) - and none of this is because of me. I'm not taking anything from you. If whispering makes clients happy then I'm all for that! I LOVE my guys here and if you spend some time with me you'll see the special bond I have with the very loyal men who I;ve established this unique connection with. I hope that now you will see that many of us poorer members have baggage from how ruthless the site has become.
They have taken everything that is dear to us away. Increased rates far far above inflation. Gave us less and less.
I'm bitter. When not in the mood it is often better not to chat. So you see it is not you or any particular performer that has made us all silent. It is the "Game" has caused so much noise and distraction. It may be working for some members who enjoy the tipping bar room atmosphere. It is my assumption that many tippers are not in favor of whispering.
Did you know that we now have to pay for an advertisement in our face when we go private now? Does the site want to take the private option away from us also?

if I may suggest, keep chipping away at the stone, keep building loyalty, it takes a lot of investment in time and effort and you loyal fans will most likely reciprocate. At least you are trying.
Wich is another point I should of stressed, Loyalty. If you can keep a more or less REGULAR SCHEDULE. That will go a long way in helping us see that we can rely on you being here when we need you. Again it looks like models are shifting their times on in very irregular paterns. Makes me wonder if this is also planned by the site.
One final word, Is whispering so difficult to handle? With all the tools at your disposal, Would it be better to let us have to option of whispering with all its problems if it helps us get into private?
