i took Violet Amber pvt, i only took out $265, in pvt i did not see a clock or credits

, it was for almost an hour (the model told me how much time) , i thought maybe i did take out that much money

but after pvt i saw my credits were still in my account, so after me,her talk i said lets try again, the pvt was like 18 mins or so, i just check my account

and it said $499.90 +VAT

what is +VAT?

first of all, you might wanna contact customer service about such topics.
Do you have the "Play & Pay" billing option activated? It allows F4F to charge you after a show, without having prepaid credits in the wallet! This should however, have a daily limit, sounds like you did hit a default one with the ~500$?
I have not activated this option, but I know of other members who somehow unintentionally fell into this, without knowing.

Oh and VAT is Value-added Tax, differs from country to country and can be up to 25%.

It sounds like you paid directly from your credit card, via pay and play. I recommend disabling pay and play or setting your daily limit to a low amount. On "my account" page, left side click billing then pay and play, there you can set your daily limit. Quote

i saw play,pay but did not check it, the other pvt with her before i went that one
was for 18 m. 38 s., then after that the other one was for 8 m. 20 s., then this happen

so how was it not doing it before ..... anyway i will email f4f (never works) or maybe Technical Support forums

i know calling is best but i prefer the others
