Dont forget they lost their 1st group match in the 2010 world cup.
I think they also lost their 1st games in the 2008 & 2012 European championships.
And on each occasion they went on to be champions. Quote

I keep my fingers crossed for Spain. Even though I'm aware that unless they score more, they'd fall into 2nd place in the group and then play against Brazil. Everyone avoids playing with Brazil because they're the organizers and the referrees may favor them (like in the first opening match against Croatia). I think Spain should better their game if they want to win, attack more instead of just passing around the ball. Anyway Spain is a great team and that's what I love about them - that they rise up to win, they fight for it, giving a great show and accomplish what few teams have. I just hope they prove their talent again soon.

What a miss for Spain! Arrgghhh! All I have to say is that they should get a better coach.
It s almost clear now that the Nederlands will be no.1 in this group. Who do you think will be the runner up? Australia/Chile? Quote

Well ... as Netherlands have 6 points for two won matches and Chile has 6 points for two wins - and there is only one matchday left with 3 points per match - it's a very difficult question for the teams qualified for next round in the Spain group.
Being out of tournament is a new chance for Spain - times of spanish tiki taka is over - now it is time for modern fast football and not that passing play spain did successfully the 3 tournaments before.
