Thank you for the replies everyone. That's good to know. I guess she must have blocked the UK for some reason . Would anybody be prepared to send her a message saying that tolstoyboy is trying to see her?

All sorted now. I was able to send a message to her by replying to an old one, even though I couldn't access her profile. She has replied that she blocked UK by accident, doesn't know how.
