Well this is what happens when it goes through various rewrites even during filming, Snyder had to leave due to family matters and Joss Whedon came in to finish off pickups. Can't say I am expecting much from Batgirl that Whedon is supposed to be doing. Look how bad Age of Ultron was compared to Avengers Assemble.

Disney HAVE bought the entire Fox movies and TV companies for $52.4 Billion (£39 Billion) ensuring that once the present X-men movies thaty Fox had in production are released any future movies will be under the Marvel Studios along with Fantastic 4.
And for anyone concerned this might mean Deadpool is going to be watered down, Bob Iger, CEO of The Walt Disney Company, says that Deadpool can stay R-rated!
