Skyline - total pile of crap.

agreed!

I also dislike Cloverfield (noticed that one has already been posted), I even got motion sickness from it.

"Home Fries" is another to add to the list.

Finally succumbed to all the blah from friends about Big Lebowski - wish I hadn't. Not even Julianne Moore naked on a trapeze could save it.

I can vaguely recall being 'asked' to leave the movie theatre when I went to see Lawnmower Man 2 as people a handful of rows in front of me complained at my snoring :orglaugh

Alexander

This movie had a cast I was dying to see work together; Colin Farrel, Angelina Jolie, Val Kilmer. Unfortunately I've actually read some of the history, and know there's a whole lot more to Alexander the Great's life than just battlefields and having sex with other guys. The sucker just dragged on and on.

Troy

Some will disagree, but this is another movie with a talented and incredible cast that just couldn't do anything but drag on and on. Ugh, saw it in the theatre, watched it all the way through hoping for the good part and was left denied.

Pooty Tang

Watched some of this as a teenager because my younger brother was watching it. After ten minutes I had yet to figure out what the hell anyone was saying or doing, it was just mindless.

Oh one last one, that Street Fighter movie about Chun Li, can't remember the exact title. Yeah if you've seen it you know, if you haven't seen it you should feel quite priviledged.

Not so much the worst movie but 1 of the worst hatchet jobs of a book to movie.

Lord of the Rings part 3 (The Two Towers) The end was completely torn to shreds. The whole section where Frodo, Sam, Merry and Pippin return back to Hobbiton and kick out the 'Gaffer' (Saruman) from Bag End was seemingly written out of the script, in fact ALL of Sarumans appearance in the 3rd movie was obliterated. Saying that - the amount that was cut from the other 2 would be enough to make a 2-3 hour movie in itself - The whole Tom Bombadil section for 1. ( Yes I do know the LotR novel pretty well. I read it every year)

Yes I noticed that also. In the book the Hobbits themselves have to take care of that troubling situation, and they do. Saruman and his sidekick Wormtongue are both ki ll ed in Hobbiton. The parts with Tom Bombadil were eliminated because the screen writers did not consider them essential to the main plot. Tom saves the Hobbits from some undead creatures and later holds the One Ring for a minute or two, but he does not accept the task of Ringbearer. If the writers for the movie had included every incident in every book, each movie would probably be five or six hours long. I don't fault them for eliminating some parts. All three movies had great special effects and were faithful to the storyline that Tolkien wrote. And of course, I loved the action too. Perhaps Tom will be in the movie coming out this year, The Hobbit, part one? We will see. Keep in mind that making an In Between movie like Two Towers has challenges all its own. It can't begin the story or end it.

I know I'm in the minority here...it was a huge hit...but after fifteen minutes of "The Matrix" I walked out. I was laughing too hard. Seemed pretentious as hell to me.

007 quantum of solace .. I have seen it 5 times and I still have no idea what it was about..

other terrible movies.. Alien Origin, catchfire, cowboys and zombies, the hunger games, girls gone dead, jersey shore shark attack, night of the templar... there are just so many..

but the one movie I will always remember .. it was so bad it was good.. SHARKTOPUS!
