I must admit my list/opinion is based on rather limited observation, quite a bit of it room lurking and not really paying close attention. All of the time I spend here actively chatting, and the vast majority of my time spent in private, is with one model. I found a favorite and no one here can top her in my not so humble opinion. That says a lot because there are some truly beautiful, sexy, and charming ladies here.
Hands down the #1 model here, for me, is Dakota Bliss. She's enchanting, beautiful, sexy, smart, witty, charming, all around fun to hang out with, whether in open chat or private. She's quick to accommodate pretty much anything asked for in private, as long as it's within the rules and not outside her own personal limits. The ultimate fantasy girl/girl next door, but REAL. I absolutely adore her.
That said, there are a few other ladies I've noticed, and enjoy the occasional pvt show with. In no particular order:
Cony Hot - Wow. A face of angelic beauty and a body to die for, and MAN does she work it!
Natalie Star - So sweet, bubbly, sexy, and flat out SMOKIN'.
Norine - As the OP mentioned, beautiful natural breasts. There's also just something about her, intangible, just...yeah.
Naughty Madison - Her eyes melt my heart. Couple that with a beautiful face and sexy curves, and I could stare at her all day long. She's also very sweet.

My all time fave has retired from webcamming after coming to America to start the next part of her life by becoming my wife
