Congratulations to USA on their last minute win over Nigeria putting the top of the group and into the knock out stages.
England and USA will know who they are against after the 2 matches tonight in group D.
Personaly, I feel that england need to improve a lot to go much further. Quote

We are use to playing against refs, but atleast in the US they tell us what the penalty is. And congrats to the Brits aswell, to much talent on that team not to advance Quote

welcome to football my good man Quote
Personally i hope for a final Holland - Germany, because for us dutchies that is a game with a lot of sentiment. But everything can happen in the next 2 1/2 weeks. Quote
Congratulations Germany and Ghana.... (drinkup, but not too much yet) Quote

No defense against no goalie ... what will be the most effectiv strategie. Anyway for sure it will be an exciting match
And to get all UK fans against me : I like Capello .... but round of 16 is enpough for him
Tho they didn't reach round of 16 I take my hat of to Australia. Great fight and sorry for Germany didn't made 3 goals more ... but at least one african team has to proceed (FiFa rules ... now you know the reason for the red cards)
Next time in brazil you will have more luck
And one thing I was wondering about: first referee I saw who didn't interrupt the gameflow by playing poker with his cards - well done Mr. Carlos Eugenio Simon. Best job of all so far Quote

Great tasting C.I.D.E.R Only in Canada EH? ... Pity
Naah. I propose that the supposed 'comedian' James Corden is our new goalie.
He's such a fat arsehole NOTHING would get in the net. Quote

No Denmark either ! They were given a masterclass in free-kick taking by Japan Quote
We were indefensibly bad.
As for the disallowed goal, I can only blame Sepp Blatter for being so stubborn regarding the use of tech.
I still think Holland will win it :o) I`m off to my holiday home in Amsterdam. ha. Quote
It would have been a different match, if the legal english goal for 2-2 had been approved.
What a terible linesman; the only thing he had to do was to concentrate on the ball and the line.
The whole world and all the people in the stadium have seen the goal, except the ref. and his linesman. The refs in my country are a disaster, but even they would have seen that the ball was behind the line.
And now analysis: Guus Hiddink said that England played with 2 midfielders and Germany with 3.
The Germans forced the english defenders to close the gaps in midfield and that way the english defence was completely open at least 5x in the first half. So it seems that Capello's tactic had failed.
And about Rooney: I dont understand why the english consider him a world-star. He showed nothing at all in this tournament. Ok, he scores goals for Manchester Utd., but even my grandma would score goals, if she was centerforward for Manchester Utd.
Ok once again congratulations Germany and condoleances England.I am looking forward to see the matches in the english premier league next season and it would be great if we get a Holland-Germany final. (we have to face Brasil before though.. Quote
