It probably is "stuck" because the filter caught something like a URL (a link) or an email address, or a mention of the word s k y p e.....or if you used too much spacing and punctuation and they SUSPECT (the filter is just some kind of algorithm) you are trying to get around the restrictions. Other words I think they stop: pay pal , maybe West ern Uni on. It is really annoying because it will stop you from sending any more email until the system is cleared.
