Reality - Customer Service usually does not reply to screen shots sent or actually questions .
ONLY phone seems to get a response from Customer Service these days
Emails seem to be lost by Flirt4Free more often than Lays has potato chips :twocents

I am sorry to hear that you feel that our customer service isn't as helpful as they used to be. I do know that they do check their emails and we do take all instances of performing in open very serious. They might just not be sending reply emails.

If a model has questions, we always encourage them to contact their studio or account rep to have any answered. Customer service is reserved for customer issues typically.
