Dang! That sucks! Honestly, I would call IT support immediately. It sucks for you but it can also negatively effect your customers. IT should be able to fix it quickly.

Cali, the problem can be, is, and has been from the website. Not all computer issues can be from the computer you are using. You did right by contacting customer service/support about it.
