Models have many tools to deal with such people.
Before banning, try silencing. Visitors and the models won't see the silenced member's comments for 5 min. Enough time for most to loose interest and leave a room. Silencing can be used multiple times if needed.
Instead of banning eject the beggar. He can come back, but you can keep ejecting him or silence him.
If someone returns regularly to cause trouble notify your admin/Flirt support. It is possible to ban a specific IP or user for a long time or in very severe cases to get them kicked off the site.
In any case, the improvement on banning a few on your room's ambient and most likely your own mood more than justifies it's use! Also the "penalty" on a model's power score is not for every ban, but for a number of banned members within a certain time frame (up to 20 members in six hours are without penalty).
