The site tends top have one contest after another which generally makes them all blend into a Here We Go Anther Contest moment. While for many new models on the site the dream of winning big time in any of these contest tends to get them excited the fact is it is likely never going to happen.
Often one see the same models at the top of the list and some so far a head of any of the others to the point contests are nothing more than a model having a sugar daddy with a bank of endless credits. For those models who really out a lot of effort and take some interest in the viewers in the room they are the real glue that makes this site run. To those mode/performers I would like to say unofficially you are the real winners.
Just wish the site would show a bit more interest in and have some sort of contest where all models had the equal chance of winning some sort of price merely for the time they spend online and to show those members who have limited resources that they by their actions are backing a winner.
Just a thought and something to think about.

Fish, you have been around Flirt long enough to know it is a contest site and it is currently working in bringing in the revenue.
There are plenty of wonderful performers that have learned to not let the stress and pressure of the contests to overwhelm them and take away from the fan experience. Hell, some use the stress and pressure to gain their fan support.

The days of the contest are difficult for all the models that we are new but that does not discourage us, we are still constant here and we give our best every day, we are not so visible but we continue here...

I hope Flirt reads the forums.
The constant contests do nothing for the customer except to make them feel less valued and to put pressure on the models to work longer hours. It's lose-lose except for the top 10 or so models in each category.
Again, I wish that Flirt would make the contests benefit the customers more. And if you ask me, stop encouraging the models do public jerks, eating salt, wearing gags, ohmibods, etc. This results in over-exposure and makes the models look like pawns instead of people. This opinion would no doubt be controversial. There are people who may like this, but I don't enjoy motivating models to do things they wouldn't normally do to win a contest.
However, I do love Flirt. I would like to think of it as one of the places that human beings go to seek sexual health.
I just would like Flirt to be more ethical and customer friendly: less contests, more pay to models, do away with stupid battles. Let's not use money to make people do things they wouldn't normally do.

Belami models should be excluded from some of the contests to allow other models to win. I wonder how many of the top 10 winners from the Fiesta contest will be belami models????? They always have an advantage to other models because they are always in battles to earn extra credits and gifts. They should have specific contest days for belami models only so they can compete against each other rather than other non-Belami models who also deserve opportunities to win!

The other studios can do crazy challenges as well, they can get their models to work as many hours too. Those not in studios can come up with crazy ideas or challenges to other models. they can motivate their fans.
Maybe they can find a member that will buy the contest win for them as well. The raining top 10 you have seen for awhile on all contest were not always the top 10, they had to work hard as well.
Have fun and support the model you want, partake in the challenges or not, strive for a position in the contest or not. the choices belong to each of you and the model. Many models do not see the prize they could win worth the time and effort they need to give to win the prize.

Well said allen11111. The site might be keen on making money but it's marketing sort of sucks when you start to loose members a long the way only to be flooded with a bunch of guests who basically will never consider getting that membership.
There are a number of good models on the site who one can see are getting clearly frustrated by viewers who never talk and guests who are only interested in seeing some free action. The site needs to revaluate it's goal to encompass both the members and the long term models starting with promoting models who put in the time and actually have some standard as to what they will & will not do in open chat. The site might also consider some form of perks for those members who have been on the site for a long time. Face it what the site consider as credit deals has never changed. While there probably are a few members with deep pockets I am pretty sure that is not the case with every member.
Active chatrooms are sure to attract more action whereas quiet one will merely attract more silence.

With all the contests on the site it would be sort of cool to direct some to a few models on the site who basically have little chance of even being included. There are several models [or as I would call them performers] who put in the time, give their all and basically don't see viewers as ATM machines. One might see them as the roots of the tree who will never see the sunlight, but are something of a foundation for those models who always are in the sunlight. Just my opinion which I am sure will get the odd negative comment, but then who really cares. It is all about interesting chat room, some pretty cool models and heck some of the wildest member's names.

Sounds like you are visiting the wrong belami models or you need to take them private for the type of show you are looking for. I don't see them performing much different than many of the other models on the site.
