Not exactly sure where you get this toy, but strongly suggest you talk to the site admin. I do believe they promote this item, and would surely help you out.
Best of luck, but keep in mind the OHMIBOD is not the only thing that makes a chatroom a lot of fun.

Best advise that one can give is interact with the viewers in the room. Say Hello even if they don't respond because it shows that you notice they came into your room. Alas can't make them talk as that sadly is a given with many viewers.
Toys only work up to a certain point, but you have to get your viewers engaged in what is going on. Check out some of the other performers on the site. Guys like Izzi can really help out.
Again it is really all up to you as it is your chat room, and yes it takes time to build up a following of viewers, but it can be done.
