While I'm relatively new to the forums here, I'm not new to the site. Have been around a while and have an observation that I hope is not a trend.

Going into a guy's room, he's got the start of a group show, has a tag line that he'll cum for the first time of the day or shoot a big load, etc, and has set a credit goal that he wants to achieve, let's say 2000 credits. He gets commitments for 1400 credits from visitors, and as the clock winds down, accepts this amount. The group show starts, he's stroking some, and then sends out a message that, in order to see him cum, group viewers will need to pony up an additional 600 or 800 credits. Some viewers commit to paying more, some viewers balk at this, since he already accepted the original offer and is now not honouring that.

Is this the "new normal" here? I bring this up because I've seen it happen several times in the past few weeks, with newer performers as well as very popular performers (not going to name names). I've also seen performers who honour their commitment to perform as advertised, and these are the ones that I'll now visit and tip, sometimes handsomely.

I know that we each can make a choice whether to patronize a particular performer, but seems to me that if a guy says he'll do something for once price, and then jacks up the price (pun intended) after entering a group show, that's something of false advertising or false pretenses. Am I expecting too much or is this just to be accepted? Quote

midnightvoiceco (cool name by the way) if the members who went into that group pledged further credits merely to make that model follow through with the group show then they need to let the site admin know about this. By him accepting the pledges that were made he basically altered the contract of the group chat. It is performers like this who make it harder for other performers on the site. However if he had been offering more than what he said he would do then it would be a different story. Sorry to those members who got caught up in what seems to be a performer who fails to appreciate the viewers who take their time to visit his room.

JJinUK that was well said. Both members and performers need to understand that to build up a good relationship means following through on the things you promised you will do.

Hey Jim and Fish...thanks very much for your replies and insight. And I completely agree regarding establishing some sort of friendship or understanding with a performer, as to what is expected, both by the performer as well as us, the viewing customer.

It's one thing if a guy's tag line says "flex and pose, jerk off"...that's what I expect. It does not necessarily mean there will be a money shot. If he happens to provide that, then so much the better and the tips should be forthcoming.

But if a guy's tag line says "cum shot, first of the day (or whatever), will shoot on my chest/nips/mouth (or wherever!), big loads" in a group invitation, then regardless of what he accepts as the amount of credits, he should deliver on that promise. If not, then the complaint to admin as was mentioned should be in order.

I'm hoping I'm wrong about this becoming the new normal. So far, it's something I've seen more than a few times, though not all the time. If we (collectively) complain about such behavior then perhaps it will end. Performers should not be immune from criticism, when it's warranted. And they should definitely be complimented and rewarded (tipped) when they deliver what they promise, or more. Quote

Absolutely right, Adonis! Whatever the performer and customer agree to should hold true. Especially true in a group performance where the performer states he will do certain things in that group. We as customers should not presume or expect more than what is agreed to.
