First I am sure this topic has come up many times, but hoping some grey viewers might read some of these forum posting.
In most cases that I have encountered the grey viewers are well pretty OK ..hey at least they talk unlike some actual member (OPPS getting off track here).
The message that I would like to get out is really directed at the grey viewers. Most performers don't mind having you in the room and will in fact respond to you, but please please stop with the requests. Respect the fact that this is a live human being on your screen. He or she might be going through stuff that you are not aware of, and YES they do have feelings.
While with most performers the main goal is monetary at least they are willing to take the time to connect with those who enter their room.
Have seen a few grey viewers who sort of manage to take over a room by teasing a performer which is fine up to a point, but geez when the mention of getting that FREE membership comes up there is no indication that that will ever happen.
I am not saying that every grey viewer needs to get that membership to shower every performer with tips and privates because there are so many other things that you can really do to help out a performer.
Start by FAVing him or her, send them messages of encouragement, write a review, hit them up with boost point....hey just visit their chat room and tell them how much you appreciate seeing them only. Just about anything which might put a smile on a performer's face is in my opinion mission accomplished.
For those who found the time to read what I just said a big thank you and hope you leave afew comments. Heck that is really what the forum is about.

I agree wholeheartedly! So many come in with requests and to watch a free show but don't take the time to show the performers their appreciation.

Gofish and Twixel if you think its bad here try going to another unnamed site, you will see what bad is. The models have tools to handle situations for any member type that is being disruptive. If it really bothers you just go VIP and you can turn off grey member comments.

Some of the grey viewers are in fact hiding as such, as some have an actual paid account.. I'm that type of person to respond and be polite to everyone though, which has it's own pro's and con's. Either way, they're generally the viewers that are requesting freebies, "show my your dicks", my reply which probably isn't appropriate has be (and with a smile), show me your credits! haha!

Why would you say grays don't need to get a membership? It's FREE and the site gives 120 credits to boot. Models only stay on the site if they are generating credits....you should be encouraging grays to join.

Gofish I know you mean well but many of your posts are "preachy" or attempting to teach ethics lessons. My point is that we are all adults here and at times you come off as speaking down to others from a perch which can be irritating. I don't want to attack someone or have the thread turn into something off topic but felt this needed to be pointed out.

Really cannot believe where some of the negative responses came from and yes I am sure other sites have problems, but all I was putting forward was some friendly banter and nothing more. By the way I would never consider making a negative comment about any member on the site in view of the fact that I do not know them no matter what I might think of them. Obviously it is better to say nice things to a performer than to say nasty things. But the site, and the performers, don't survive on nice words. They need members to spend money - and lots of it

I'm not sure about some of the "alternatives to money" that you mention. Greys with boost points? Greys writing reviews about performers without spending any money here. Greys adding performers to their FAVs?

You make a big contribution to the forums, gofish. I think that is great. But repeating the same one-sided points over and over again will inevitably attract criticism. I have some sympathy for fellow members who feel that it seems like "preaching".

Why not vary your topics more? The forum always needs useful, interesting and entertaining topics and posts. The more enjoyable the forum, the more guys will use it.

I think some got the wrong idea about what I said about grey viewers and the things that they could do. What I was really trying to get across in a very subtle way is that if they become members there are other things that they can do to help out a performer if they are limited by the credits that they can get. Sorry if my meaning did not come across as it should have.

Well said Ronnie. There is more to the site than credits as myelmo says, but keep in mind these are revenue generating sites first and foremost which means no credits = no models = no site - period. Unfortunately gofish is the only one starting new threads recently and they often come across as preaching and repetitive which makes varying topic more important. Anymore I communicate with models and other members on Twitter instead of here, maybe others are doing the same and that is why these forums barely have a pulse.
