kashman I do believe it is the Flirt4Free site that is having the problems as it is what is called the mother site. They indicate that they are working on fixing it, but it is always a good idea to send them a message whenever you encounter a problem accessing the site or while in the site.

kashman first of all it is not your imagination. The site has indeed been crashing quite a bit, and sometimes takes sometime to even get on to it. I think they keep tinkering with the software only to cause problems in other areas. Basically the site is losing control as can be seen in some of the chat rooms where just about anything is possible. They don't learn from past experience that this site is very much an open site, and could be an easy target for some randy hacker out there. Unfortunately the members who come to this site for some good company , and the performers who really go the distance are the ones who suffer. Fingers crossed that a fix is on the way. Quote

Twixel I would like to think that might be the case, but think any faith in the system is fast slipping away. They might be running 24/7, but that has always been the case. The problem is that I think they are starting to take short cuts in order to match some of the other sites out there. The fact is they always used to be a top notch site compared to those other sites.
Guess we will keep our fingers crossed that they will manage to fix things pretty quick this time. The risk of losing members and performers does not look good.

Gofish, don't be a negative Nancy. I completely disagree as I still see a top notch site. Not only does Flirt have many wonderful models/people to interact with, they also have fantastic customer service. I wish some of my own people provided as good as service as the folks here.
It is a 20 year old site that continues to grow and improve itself, not a start up with top technology. Changes have effects on current processes. They continue to make money and that is relatively seen daily with the thousands of dollars spent. You can see that evident in the relatively unknowns that have been on the site a year or less holding Flirt of the month.
Members will come and go but I see plenty of the veterans still here making negative comments about the site instead of promoting a place they have visited so many years.
Models come and go everyday as well, it is not what they thought it was going to be or they are not making the quick buck. Those that are willing to put the hard work in though and have the understanding it will take an investment to get the reward will find some success. Also depends on what some of the studios are selling them. We have seen studios run 4 rooms using 2 models and calling them different names all at once then feed bs in chat to get members join the private show. It is things like that you see affecting the site negatively as it pisses members off and they ask for refunds and leave.
haha, thanks GoFish - you got me on a rant. Those who know me know I am here to have dun and relax with some good people.
Many will have different feelings and opinions but at least I have mentioned my observations. Peace out!

OMG I sure did push your button there Twixel and quite a RANT for sure. Did not mean to sound negative as yes it is a far superior site to some of them out there. Yes some of the studios that the site is dealing with does sour things a bit, but there are quite few really nice members and performers to be found on this site.
Guess the fish got a real bang up talk down on your rant
What is life without a few laughs.
Thanks for the posting anyway ..and hey no hard feels Quote

Well said, Twixel
I think that the customer support is even more impressive when you think how hugely complex and ambitious the Flirt4Free operation is. Linking thousands of members to hundreds of performers every day, using many different devices, operating systems and networks. The charging system is a key component, and is very impressive. And there are lots of special features.
I think that party chats and group chats are an amazing, live, interactive experience that we all take for granted. Also, I remember joining a really popular multi-user show (about 30 users). Every one who had joined received a VOD for their own particular segment of the show. How do they manage that?
Although we would all love to see a 100% perfect service, it is not too surprising that there will be times when things don't go quite right...

ronnie-uk while I would agree with you about how amazing it is that the site even manages to accomplish all of that I am afraid it is not possible. It is strange that the site has being doing great for such a long time and then suddenly one crisis after another. How is it possible for a member to be online and offline at the same time. Personally have been in a chatroom where I am online, and can't do anything other than talk because if I do I end up offline. There are more problems going on right now than ever before.
While it has to be software issues one does not want to point fingers, but you have to wonder if anyone is thinking about the RESULTS of the software changes that they make or has the system been hacked, and there is a problem in finding where the hack is.
Might be negative thinking on my part, but dreaming about what flirt used to be and should be is getting pretty hard.

Crisis - what crisis?
Temporary problems - yes Quote
Agree 100% .. and the ones who bitch the most about the site are the ones who contribute the least.
