As you all know, when model is not earn much credits in period,he changes his position on site - from top to bottom. After getting in % of bottom of site, models dont have opportunity to do party chat T_T and block guest/basic users. So work becomes harder fro bottom models x2,and its all about members. Most of guys from USA and Europe is ok(i mean guests/basics)but guys from places like a India,UAE,Phillipines and few others are VERY annoying and negative - i mentioned this plca by my own experience, nothing personal,i know there is suckers and cool guys in all countries. And u cant do shit about that - ban every person who is acting like ass in ur chatroom is looking mad,and so a lot of my viewers go away after i ban some of annoying persons.
So,i offer to flirt4free to make new system of bans.1 - if i ban person - i would like to kick him out of site, not only from my chat room, because if person get me so mad to get ban its really annoying guy.ow after i kick guest,he just easy go to spam in opther chat room, that disturbe our work so much.2 - before giving a person account,f4f should proove,is that guy ok with his brains, and knowing of language.Because is really terrible me when guy with premium account starting to be asshole.
Tnx for attention, and now i want to hear, what do u think. Quote

However, I'm not sure that a new system is needed. I understand that performers already have the options to ignore, silence, ban or eject members who spoil the chat experience in their rooms.
I have suggested a few times here that performers could use the silence option much more. The member types, and he is the only person who sees what he types. He can get things out of his system. When he sees that no-one responds, hopefully he will just give up. It avoids any dramas associated with banning.
I think the silence option only lasts for 5 minutes, so the one change I would suggest would be to have a range of silence options (say 10, 20 and 30 minutes).

Hey Tom,
I agree and disagree with you... luckily for me I really don't get rude customers in my room, just a lot of people looking for free entertainment... However, that's the worst of it... I don't ban anyone ever, if guests are taking up most of the room, I will block guest chatting. Hopefully, encouraging them to become members... I don't think they should do a test lol

Unless you're being a complete ass why would a model ban you for saying that? Or even better yet, why would you even need to say that at all?

I agree, I've gone lurking in other models rooms and have seen guests say something rude and nasty to the model... I don't understand why a person would find it necessary to say something like "you're ugly" to a model, if you don't find them attractive, then leave the room, don't go saying mean things, we are all people with feelings! Best regards. Good luck. Quote

It is hard to control who creates an account (what criteria to preestimate rude behaviour?).
I think what is missing on here is a system of reporting bad behaviour and a type of black list.
This would of course only work for basics and upward, so it should really be possible to ban rude greys immediately (e.g. for the usual 24 h period).
So a model should have the possiblity to "mark" a specific member that was rude and this mark should not be lost on switching rooms, so that another model could be informed: "this member was extremely rude just 5 min ago or yesterday or 13 times over the past week" etc.
A certain number of such marks should lead to an automatic ban from either certain chat rooms (if the same performer is harressed over and over) or from the site itself for some cool down time.
On a different note, if visitors to a room would be fully aware of all other users in the room at that time (i.e. public chat user list) I'd expect that rude behaviour would reduce. Sometimes people just need to be aware that they are not alone with the model. To my experience, only few members will agree to that, as total anonymity is sacred to most. Quote

Ted this couldn't have been said any better than you put it. I've seen far too many registered users do exactly as you state in your reply. Those writing such words must lead a lonely bitter life and trying to be an internet tough guy hiding behind their keyboard doesn't make them any more of a man. Then there are others who just crave attention and need to see their name on the screen or here in forum while not adding anything noteworthy too the topic at hand. I hope you do well on this site Ted Quote

If the performer has a good group of supporting members in the room often they will step up with a few comments to encourage the rude viewer to either chill or leave the room.
There is not much that one can do with the grey viewers other than to encourage them to become members which is sometimes like banging one's head against a brick wall. If the performer is up for it turn the table on these rude grey viewers and tease them back. Hey it just might scare the shit out of them. Booting them out only means that some other performer will end up having to deal with them.
Tom I do understand the frustration that you might have with these grey viewers ....dang that in itself has to be scary ...something we both agree on, but not sure about the banning part.
By the way what Teddy said was spot on.

Well, my parents always taught me to stand up for what's right, never bully anyone, and if you don't have anything nice to say, then don't say it at all! I'm a kind person and try to spread that around!
Definitely agree with what you're saying Gofish!

The system is fine, you can't have a business model that gives performers that much power. There is no reason for a model to have the ability to ban a user forever. That is why they have admins to police the site. It would cause a domino effect on the earnings and potential earning of the site. If anything they should add a customer history tab. This would include how much money they have spent and in what shows. It would also include when they spend it, possibly on who as well. The last part would be a customer negativity report that shows how many bans, ignores and silences they have received and why they model did it. .This way if an admin sees a customer isn't doing anything but being negative and spending 0 credits then they ban hammer the person. I think long story short, models have enough of the tools we need to silence our critics, there is no need for a true reform, especially one with a that has a totalitarian response system. Its too much power and too much can go wrong for the comapany.

Totally agree, but not that much details to the performers please. It should be mostly about the bad behaviour and it should not be in a history forever, but capture maybe a month' behaviour.

A customer history tab may be a good idea, but what you mention may be too much information to be given to performers. If models see that a member has like 20,000 credits available, it is possible that some will focus all their attention on that one member to the exclusion of anyone else in the room. Seeing when and who they spend the credits on is also potentially dangerous, especially if there are hard feelings between two highly competitive models (like a "you spend so much on him, it's obvious you like him better, so don't come back here" or "what do you see in HIM? I'm a much better performer than he is" kind of thing). Quote
