I think I've made my feelings about the OMB clear: I don't like it.
I don't HATE it either. I just don't like the idea of buzzing someone who may or may not be reacting in a real way.
I've also always hated porn where they're fucking at some really awkward and seemingly painful angle and moaning like they're having surgery without anesthetic. Why are you lying to me?
But OMB is obviously extremely popular and gets tips ... so I can't argue with the numbers.
Now, if there was a trigger that would induce ejaculation, I might be interested.
