I find it annoying when providers keep asking for tips for additional cam show even though we previously agreed the price

I agree. However, some people won't tip unless they are asked, and some models have figured that out. They are just asking. If they ask once, I either tip or don't, and I don't fret over it either way. If they ask twice, I'm finished with 'em.
