I am curious about hearing suggestions about improving the site.From booth sides as visitors and performers.
This will help the support from flirt4free to improve the site.I have some ideeas and one of them is that r every model should have a videoclip, in witch he presents himself,maybe a sexy tease also, a free video that visitors that have membership can see.
Why i say this?
Because i didnt see on any other site this sort of thing.I think will be good for advertise and also is a catchy thing for members.
After all we have to be one step ahead of the others in order to be on top.

Excellent idea.
First suggestion would be to make sure all visitors new and old ones preregister free of charge but

needing a legit email address and telephone to be able to avoid the still lingering spammers.

(Does anyone remember Victoria?) This would end with those problems

Second, make easier to add credits while in a Private because many times I have ended up

voyeuring my own Private unable to return to the room.

Third, increase the Tip amounts to $50 .

Fourth, somehow have the models know the customer they are dealing with is a good reliable

spending client and a good tipper weather a V.I.P. or just a "white" to give priority to the ones

that help F4F to be where it is now days.

Fifth,( I might get expelled from here for this one...

..) Pay the models a better per minute in

private amount and a bonus prize to the 6 beast money makers weekly or monthly.

Sixth, bring back some of the former great models that were a gold mine by offering them better

money than before they quit.

Seventh,when everything else fails,try and try again F4F. To be a step ahead of the competition

requires the happiness of both customers and models because they are the base of this business.

That would probably stop the dizzying constant change of models that last a week or two maximum.

Eighth,make this place more fun and less complicated for all of us.Stop banning customers

for using too many periods,question marks,exclamation points or names of countries in the chat. :thumbsup

Ideas I have thousands and also the way to implement them. You can take the

horse to the water but you can't force it to drink....

I think that even on the mail page things have to be simple as they are now.
But maybe a lil more animated... i dont have an exact ideea about it.

We already have the bonus prize!

The top 10% of performers by sex (girls, guys and shemales) earn an extra bonus each month. The top 1% earn an extra $100.00. Performers in the top 2% to 5% earn a $50.00 bonus and the top 6% to 10% earn a $25.00 bonus.

But other than that, great ideas :thumbsup

Great idea, but I think it should not be just for members to see it should be open to all and that way it may incourage new customers to register .. The Video as you said could be a way of introducing yourself and saying a few things you like and dislike, with a short tease that does not have to be naked.

I think the VOD section should be the section that contains the naked stuff and not on a video for introducing yourself. It would be great to see something like that added to all model bios..

100% agree great idea, maybe worth passing on to Brad ? I'm sure you have his email address and sending him the idea just incase he misses it on here, which is easy to do now with the forum being so popular now. :thumbsup

Just my opinion but ..... What a ridiculous statement to make !!!!! I am sure that to many models here both male and female 100 dollars is not "loose change" and i'm sure that they appreciate that , and I dont think I will even comment on your theory about girls shows being a lot easier than guys or the tone of your comment.

I know this will never be posted, but models do deserve more. their pay should also be consistent. I understand where working at home you get more than working at the studio, but model pay differs quite a bit from model to model. This has an effect on duration the model stays with the site. Every month I delete at least 4-5 models who are inactive. If models were smart they would set themselves up independently with a cam at home and have people pay them directly through pay pal. Then they would 100% rather than 15 or so.

The ignorance displayed in a few of these comments is profound.

VideoSecrets is a business, it is not the Salvation Army of porn. I should have thought that people who proclaim to understand about business would know this. If a model is dissatisfied with the arrangements he/she has with his studio, and/or franchise older, then they have the option of finding more lucrative employment. VideoSecrets does NOT dictate how much a model is to be paid. They may suggest, but it is left entirely up to the individual studio. Therefore, if a model decides to go ahead and work for a studio that is HIS decision, not VideoSecret's. They are, after all, over 18 years of age, are they not???

Furthermore, the top male model here left F4F a couple years ago because he was disenchanted, only to have to return a few months later with his tail between his legs, literally begging to be taken back. I believe he learned his 'lesson' the hard way. I would say his being here is beneficial to all concerned. And contrary to what they may tell you, if a model is at all any good, he/she can earn quite a good salary. Ask any of the top 5! But like in everything else, in life and in business, we cannot all be the Top 5, unless we work, and work damn hard, to attain this. The empty barrels make the most noise.....fact!

models here earn more than enough if they are smart enough to open their own accounts. those in top 20 earn more than 3000 per month..u dont call that a good sum when a teacher earns around 1500?
