For US based guys, well, it's in the middle of the night from East to West, wouldn't think this is the best time.
No matter which part of the world you aim at, late afternoon, evening, early night are usually best for most people in the work f0rce.
E.g. 5 pm in the US (ET; 2 pm West coast) is midnight your time. As far as I know, evening and night shifts are in high demand amongst Russian web cam models . Surely, you can exchange your experiences with your colleagues.
