Such a delicate question ... shared with performers AND members ... oooohhhh, you're giving me a hard time - but that seems to be your problem .

Shouldn't you ask a doctor for precautions? You could tell him you clean tubular lamps, handrails or you paint walls many hours a day .
You might need some type of (different!!! ) excersice with your hands or should wear some wrist support/bandage when you are not BUSY .
