Male Performer Chat: What members don't want to see...
It's 2017, people use their phones, especially when they're stuck in a room for hours on end. What is with this constant complaining? Good lord, if you don't like it, find the models you do like, or don't come here at all, or start your own site and see how many models sign up for it. Don't you ever get tired of whining about this same stuff?

What I don't want to see is actually what I don't want to hear--music beating so loudly that I couldn't hear the model even if I wanted him to talk out loud. I do like to hear their sexual reactions to tips or their self stimulation, but the noise they call music usually has me just quickly move right along. I know they're bored and on their phones and all that; I'm just answering the question so they will know what makes me go to another room.

Tell VS/F4F we members and
viewers shouldn't come to this site at all... they
might have a different opinion...
A) Models they are "stuck" in a room because they choose to. 
B) it is very rude and dis considerate to ignore or just seat
there not paying attention to the poor suckers they want to extract
money from.. BTW... McDonald is hiring..and so id KFC and others,
but even there you can't use the phone!!!...
C)I have found the models that don't do that but I would like to
get to know some more,the problem is that if they don't have a pink
thing up their ass and jump and convulse like a rabid racoon... they
are staring to phone screen like morons...
D) There are sites working on bringing back the kind of "Gentleman's Club"
atmosphere
we used to have here a while back...
E)Nope!! we don't get tired of whining because the PROBLEMS don't
stop happening and in fact they have gotten worse!!!
F) If you like, it enjoy it!!.... to each his own but believe me
the great majority of members "whining" here do not like it... and
we also have the freedom of speech to voice it as much as you do of loving
this proverbial ZOO...

I went to a funeral in New York and three (3)
phones rung during the eulogy in a Cathedral!!!!...
WTF!!!!!!!!!!??????????
During a concert in Carnegie Hall the performer had to sop to ask
2 moron to stop talking on the phone during a performance....

Wanting to reward those whose behavior you approve of is not a bad thing...but hoping for everyone else to feel the same way you do isn't likely to work. The dynamic on the site has changed since I first became a member. Before, members DID tip to show their appreciation for models' positive behaviors. Now, instead of tipping for positive behaviors, members criticize models and gripe and complain and whine about negative behaviors.
The needle needs to move back the other way.

You have to stand there with a smile on your face being polite for several hours. It's called being a professional.
This is just expected behavior. We can't expect basic stuff: show up on time with a positive, proactive, problem solving attitude?
Since there are tons of models who don't behave in a nonprofessional way, why are we creating excuses for those who do.
Also for those hearkening back to the good ol' days when the members tipped:
1. Those days never existed. There has always been those who spent and those who didn't.
2. Expectations are not on the customer to be required to spend their money on a site called Flirt 4 FREE. Iritate the models and get kicked from the room. Do something REALLY bad and get banned by the admins. That's our level of responsibility. Nothing further. Quote

I stand by something I said in a previous thread. A model's behavior is an indication of their personality, as in their respect for their customer or their profession. If they have an approach or behavior that you don't like, creating rules or giving tips to 'force' them to behave in a different way is just shaping what you want that person to be. If that's your thing and you don't care about actually meeting the people on the other side of the cam, cool! Do you! But if you're expecting to engage with an actual person, find the ones that already meet your expectations. I understand that some models on here can be guided to better market themselves to a wider audience, but some just have bad or jaded attitudes or only appeal to certain audiences or types of people. I will always be against any suggestion to manipulate individuals or the whole based on personal preference. Tipping thousands of credits collectively isn't a 'subtle' message that will spread across the site. That's already happening, and those models are successful. They don't run off to a secret Flirt symposium and share their tips of the trade. They don't even know what behavior you're rewarding unless they are specifically told, and even then they don't know that that's any different from what others are doing.
TLDR: Find the models you enjoy and leave the ones that bug you to crash and burn or to be with their type of viewer. Quote

A model chatting in 4 or 5 other sites and paying 100% attention to no one.^ This is what happens when models leave whispers on. 5+ members trying to have private conversations with you at once, it's horrible. So I turn them off (except for FC members) and give the room 100% of my attention. Then a few members get unreasonably angry at me for turning them off and go out of their way to loudly announce they'll never visit my room again. :: sigh :: Damned if you do, damned if you don't.

Obviously, different dynamics work for different models but this open chat method which gets the members engaging with one another, not just the model is a very useful way to approach things.
If someone wants you private attention, correct me if I'm wrong but, I believe there's a private option built into the site.

I honestly think, If we as members accept that the model is here to be respected and appreciated there would never be any confusion in the rooms. We make them focus on other things when were not showing them attention or just demanding them to do things without tipping them. There're human to, so just like us (members) when were bored we find something to do. So why not let them be themselves. Think about how they feel, put yourself in there shoes. I've sat in my favorite model room for hours, tipped him, talked to him, and took him private. To me he is the most nicest model here, not to mention the sexiest. He is real and down to earth, I can relate to him. I hate to see him get frustrated with his viewers when he feels they ignore him. Because he starts doing the things that I see you post here that you hate. I think we need to try to harder to make them not get so bored. IJS

and my .... .... With the whispering it is never a win win situation and never will be. Whispering has basically taken over the site to the point that even performers whisper HELLO to you. Turning it off is the only option and yes the performer will anger a few members, but the fact is that members who wish only to whisper show a great deal of disrespect to both the performer and the others in the room. Heck any performer is more than willing to spend some special time with pretty much any member ..it is call HITTING THE START SHOW button commonly referred to as GOING PRIVATE.
It is basically up to the performer to turn the whisper on or off, but he or she must realize the impact it will have on the chatroom. Any member can politely ask the performer to turn on whisper so they can say something to them. On the other side performers can turn on the MAKE ME AN OFFER option (with the understanding that there are limits as to what the performer will do).
Basically it all comes down to RESPECT ..something which goes both ways. Heck sort of think everyone is here to have good time so time to up the FLIRT and lower them WHISPERS.
