Have you ever had a look at the Terms&Conditions? There is a section about "prohibited areas", that includes most islamic countries, where religion is strongly tied in with politics, but funnily enough it also states Germany as a prohibited area to access this site from. Why? Exactly for the problem discussed here.

German law to protect mjnors (from gambling and spending money, but in this case also from explicit content) would only approve of this site if on registering a signed copy of your photo-ID would be submitted via e.g. a post office to assure the correctness of personal data, above all the age claimed. Pretty much the same as if opening a bank account remotely.

This is not only about protecting mjnors, but also improving performer's work conditions, who have to fight off already enough adult, but stupid users.


Interesting point you bring up there ChrisDK. Don't think there is an over all solution to this other than having loyal members rush to the aid of their fav performers on the site.
