I recommend messaging on flirt or DMing (if you follow on social media) the model you would like to have some time with, let him know what you are looking for and if he can accommodate. Work out the details and schedule the time when you have the credits so he will be ready when you are ready.
Models typically wait to get everything when they go private because many times a member will take them private for a great show they want to do and it turns out to be a fly by (a very short show just to see the model get naked or ruin a party chat that was starting to pick up)
Some thoughts that hopefully help, but remember that many models want to be able to give you the best they can and as much info up front you can provide the better prepared they are for you.
That's really insightful!
I've actually done that a few times. I have had several back n forth emails getting to know them and describing what I liked and what I wanted before getting a private. Then I've been able to do that with the understanding that maybe it would be a week or 2 before I got all the credits together for the show.
I think that should go in the Cam Model's handbook!

You can minimize this sometime by dragging the the pointer in the video timeline as close to the end of the cached video as possible. If the loaded video timeline is not visible, you may be able to see it when you full screen the video. This should enable you to get as close as possible to real-time visual.
I hope this helps.

I think most members simply rely on the live chat experience to let performers know what they want to see. It can often be better to set this out beforehand using the F4F Inbox, and messaging on social media too, as Twixel suggests.
There is another option, which avoids the need to keep repeating the same likes and dislikes to different performers.
I found it helpful to include my likes and dislikes on my profile page (viewable by all performers). They are in the "My Fantasies" section. I have even described "my perfect show" there.
When my all-time favourite performer returned to the site I suggested he might like to look at that section. We followed it up with a simply wonderful show.
For those who want to know more about using the profile page in this way, here is a 2014 topic where it was discussed:

Thanks Ronnie, another great option.
I had fun completing mine awhile back and it has helped some performers that read it to better understand who I am.

I did that some time ago. It is SO HARD to figure out how to make a profile.
In MY ACCOUNT click on ACCOUNT INFORMATION then click SCREEN NAMES under MANAGE PROFILE you can VIEW/EDIT PROFILE DATA.
That is a long confusing pathway, but that's how to you get your profile.
To get my pic approved, I had to call customer service. But I'm glad with my profile!! Quote
