LOL Yes we are our worst critics. Even when I'm ready to step on stage I can find what I would call a "disgusting" little fat spot somewhere or another and that's at 4 or 5% bodyfat. I also look in the mirror every morning and think I look small and pathetic, but that also drives me to improve. I need some meds I think. lol
