Thank you all very much for your responses! We've received over 3,000 responses, many of which had very thoughtful and insightful comments.

We are reviewing all of the submissions again over the holiday period and you will no-doubt see many of the ideas come to life in the first few months of 2012. I'm going to make a real effort to post when these changes happen and referencing whether or not they came out of the survey, etc.
