We will now get emailed when new threads are started in either the Technical Support or VIP General Discussions forums. Time will tell, but our goal is to respond to issues more quickly and stay abreast of your questions and concerns more immediately in 2012.
I'm going to try to post about each of the new features we add, especially those from the survey. One down, many to go!
