News & Announcements: New Header Launching Today
We have been working on a number of projects related to site usability. The idea is to (a) make the site easier to use, (b) update the aesthetics to be more modern and (c) create a foundation on which we can add some new features we have launching in a couple of months.
Today we are rolling out a new version of the header menu. We think you'll find these changes quite subtle but ultimately easier to use. We will be publishing changes to the homepage later this week and then in a couple of months we will release items that use more of the new icons present in the header.
Please let us know if you find any issues with the new header navigation. We've tested extensively on various browsers and device types.

What is new at that header - for me it looks quite the same as yesterday. Curious as I am I'm dying to find the changes

The new header is helpful. But now the gear in the upper right corner of a models photo do not work.

I like it - but it if the heart on top right (link to favorites) would show the number of favs online in "forum" and on "my account" too - that would be even better.

I like it, more options at the top of the page instead of having to scroll to the bottom of the page.

It strikes me that having "Favorites" in the drop-down menu AND a heart two icons to the left is redundant. You can take it out of the drop-down menu, I would think.

On the forum pages--whether the Forums menu or the thread pages themselves, there is a significant gap between the new header and the first line of text (either "Community Forms" on the main page or "Forums >> News & Announcements" on this one). It is not noticeable on any other pages. Perhaps this gap could be reduced to match with the other pages on the site?

Yeah we're going to make the heart work on all pages (should be tomorrow) after which it would only be somewhat redundant on the homepage. The item in the dropdown menu is used for sorting.

Apparently in your case it's supposed to mean 3 ;) Just kidding, something is whacky with that at the moment but we have a fix in the works and it should get published in the morning. Apologies for the inconvenience.

The number has been changing up and down...is it somehow reflecting how many of my favorites are currently NOT in a show? Because that is when it seems to change: when a performer returns from or goes into a private show.

Hello, if you're looking for feedback, then I don't think the blue lines above the models in private is a good idea. What you have before was just fine. Members could tell at a glance. That's why the change to the "favorites" and "inbox" at the top was a good idea. Don't make us learn a color code to figure out a model's status.
