It is not clear how this is an improvement of the site. The whole idea of the site is to encourage harmless members to have as much fun as possible.
I totally agree that Flirt Management should be able to monitor for the sake of the models, every single word of whisper. But I totally disagree the rule that members are restricted to chat only in public and the public has a right to know everything other members chat. That is a restriction of the freedom not an improvement towards more fun.
It is far from being clear what harm does whispering create.

...Some models are better at handling whispers than others. It generally does not disrupt the flow in those rooms. However, it can be bothersome in in the rooms of models who have difficulty in handling whispers. But I guess I'm not telling you anything you already don't know.
