You bring up an interesting point, currently the position of the video size dragger is not remembered from room to room. This is on my list of improvements and will be incorporated very shortly.
In terms of the model list panel, as I'm sure you're already aware but for the sake of everyone, you can use the video size dragger to resize that panel if you want more models per line. Quote

Doug - I was hoping this problem had been fixed, as I hadn't seen it for the last 2 days.
However, it was back today and it was back on Sunday. Promos on both days, so that may be the explanation and help you to pinpoint the problem.
Just to recap: on certain days the Need More Credits advert appears at the foot of every open chat page. It affects the scrolling, and makes the chat screen much smaller and jumpy (and almost unusable). It only seems to happen with Internet Explorer
This was the critical problem that made me completely avoid the new interface until 14 July, when it was then the only option. The unhelpful layout of the emoticons box (which I am very pleased that you are now changing) compounded the problem.

@CUDDDLER3 This sounds like a single model was having issues broadcasting their video. Were you seeing this for more than one model?
I ask because we don't have anything in place to put blur filters on our videos or any UI or anything that will pop over the video as a green bar. Though I have seen cases in the past where color bars and blurriness occurred within model feeds due to it being incorrectly configured or due to split screen problems.

It's only been like this with the new larger preview pictures ( That you have been using if I list my favourites even on the old new defunct interface so you don't see the mini icons underneath the pictures for Removal / fan club line / setting notifications.

@Suggs this is currently working correctly on our end. If this occurs again, can you send a screenshot to CustomerService@vs.com? Thank you Quote
I have been using the old interface almost exclusively until now, and am very sorry to see it go.
I will find the new interface less irritating, particularly for private shows and group chats, if the emoticons box could be rearranged.
The small emoticons are extremely useful. They save typing, and are instantly understood by performers - many of whom have English as their second language.
In the old interface the most used emoticons (smile, thumbs up, kiss, heart etc) are the most accessible. In the new interface they are not. That makes communication more difficult, and the experience less enjoyable.

Doug, I understand the purpose of the new interface now. It guarantees you job security by keeping you busy fixing all the problems with the new interface. Good Job Doug !
