Technical Support: Flashplayer Loading symbol after a show

After a Group Show has finished or a Private show when the model returns to open room the video is working but the flashplayer circle and word LOADING remains in the middle of the video window. Have to exit the room and return to stop it. Using Firefox and Flashplayer 11.4.402.287
Has happened on 2 separate computers.

Yeah, started yesterday for me using Chrome.

Yes I have same too on all browsers. I have reported this issue to Brad this morning. They are dealing with it.

This should have been fixed last night, we'll try again this morning to get the adjustments to the tip system out there without introducing the loading symbol.
