I do not like the new interface. Maybe it is just so different. But I like the old format for chat, it was easier to review others chat. And View Profile does not open in a new window.

Sorry to hear that you're not a fan of the new interface. Grey users can still be blocked by choosing the block users button within the chat menu like the previous interface. I am working out a small cookie problem that will make that setting, the sound and font size settings remembered again like the last interface. That will be in place tomorrow.
In terms of the model bio not popping up in a new page, we wanted to introduce a type of navigation that would allow our users the ability to do everything in one spot, making the chat panel flexible space that can be used to browse for other models, buy more credits and chat. Now instead of taking you away from the action when you want to look at the bio or buy credits, you can do it all in one spot and on the same page.

As to "model bio not popping up in a new page" -- I used the new page to look at my profile and double check my account. And also used it to buy credits without disturbing my view of the cammer. I did not have an opportunity to try it out on the new interface. Quote

I don't understand why the site is constantly changing things. Change for the sake of change is not a good thing, especially as it tends to alienate regular users Quote

a couple of things i noticed:
only one rate shows for a combo room.

I just saw you can add the model to your favorite list by clicking the "heart" icon on the right side of chat screen.

I do not like the new interface. The overall experience seems less intimate. Fortunately, we have the option of changing back to the old interface as I have discovered. I am hoping that the old option is not omitted.

I think timbo-83 has a good idea there. Let members chose which format they like and use it. The new format is pardon the pun a real bitch. Why oh why did the site make these stupid changes in the first place.
Keep up with changes like these and you are sure to drive members to different sites, and at the same time a few models. Just admit that a mistake was made and return to a format that was pretty easy to use by all of the members of the site.
Please take the time to think about because without members where would this site be

Once you use the new format it actually is nicer than the old one, cleaner and easier to keep up with the chat. The only issues I have are the old color codes. Power Boosts don't appear green anymore, thus the model doesn't notice them. Needs to be fixed and show like a tip, but with green background. Also noticed that members who are Fanclub members show up as grey this should be fixed also.

When you go to view other online performers and scroll down it drags the current performers window momentarily, also where is the option to go to the forums? To check account management it seems you have to go all the way off site and log back in, how is that better? Also missing is the option to change screen names or am I just not seeing it? Not a fan of the new interface. Another post had a member unable to connect to the video portion of the site, experienced that yesterday also, new interface needs some work.

@timbo-83, You whisper like before with this format /MODEL_NAME MESSAGE with a space in between the model name and message.
@KheldarXY, The Mute button is now in the lower left corner of the video.
@CraigF, The powerboost messages still show up the same to the models on their side. Though I am currently working on emphasizing these the same way they are in the current interface, good catch.
@fozzzy, Account management is still accessible by clicking your user name in the page header.
It's understandable that many of you who are Flirt4Free veterans are a little frustrated with changes to the experience. The changes that we've implemented are a bit disruptive, especially when there have been some kinks to work out right out of the gate. Though understand that we aren't making these changes just to make changes.
As you all know technology moves at lightning speed. The longer you wait to modernize your tech, the harder it gets just to keep your site relevant let alone add new features. The point of this update is to modernize our technology and to give our users as much video/chat as possible.
To do that, we've minimized our reliance on flash in going with an HTML5 solution. We've implemented a completely fluid interface that redefines its dimensions based on how you've sized your browser window with emphasis on producing the largest video possible within the boundaries.
That meant stripping some of the non-essential tools from around the interface and putting them into tab based navigation on the right side of the chat.
The kinks in this new interface will be worked out, just like they were after we introduced the current interface.
Thank you very much for all of the feedback. Every little bit helps in getting this new interface acclimated.
