Seems that so many newer models don't have and can't figure out how to allow
Mobile members to access...can they be defaulted on for new models? How can I help instruct a new model to fix?

This is definitely something that is possible for all models, but there are a few cases where it's a little more complicated for models.

- it is defaulted for models using our downloaded software
- it is only possible for models using our browser software if they run a separate program, Flash Media Live Encoder, at the same time.

Models who broadcast from Macs and don't use a parallel program have to use the browser version of the software, and so those are most likely the models whose rooms you've found this to be the case with.

If you ever do run into a model who has no idea how to be mobile compatible, you can always recommend they contact the broadcasting department for assistance.
