Technical Support: chat timing out
Why would my chat be timing out in regular chat, I'm not getting any video currently. Using firefox on windows 7.

We're not seeing this behavior over here. Would you mind answering a few questions to help us look into this further?
1. What date/time would you say this started happening to you?
2. Is this occurring for all models?
3. Is this happening in different browsers?
4. Is this occurring every time you try or are there times where it works after a refresh? Quote

Not sure of the date and time, it's been for a while. It happens when I refresh, and it happens for all models. I've used other browsers, I have the same problem with IE. With chrome, I can get the video feed sometimes in public, but I cannot do private at all.

Something to be praised about in this site is they do not support any form of scam you can always request for a refund just give a proper reasoning and they will grant it. Quote

I'm having a similar issue tonight. None of the chat rooms will load for me. They just spin and spin until finally it times out and diverts me to another room, only to happen again, and again. I normally use Firefox, but tried Chrome and IE with the same results. Also restarted my computer, but no luck.

Any resolution to this matter, can't use the site at all recently. just spins then redirects, only to spin and redirect again.
