Technical Support: What Happened to My Recorded Shows?

What has happened to my recorded shows? I used to have about 300 of then, dating back to 2009. I have considered this to be the best benefit of being a VIP member and have greatly enjoyed replaying many of them. All of a sudden there are only about 40 available and many of my favorites are among the missing. It is not just the oldest ones that were deleted. Please help.

Same thing happened to me. Went from 5 pages of shows to 1.
even when you go to model vod pages almost all videos are gone also.
Same thing happened to me I just noticed I lost about 14 shows. I came here to see if anyone else has reported. I had over 200 shows now 191.
ditto!! i am having the same problems, when i go to any random model saved under the favorites section, and it says no videos available for this performer, when that is not true. Then i recently had 2 shows recently on the same day, and only one is showing up?
When I e-mailed Customer Service, they said the VODs are under construction (I assume that section is being updated) and are temporarily unavailable. Hopefully it won't be too long.

All of your recorded shows should now be available again, sorry for the inconvenience. Please let us know if you notice anymore problems regarding VOD/Recordings.
