I did receive messages from a model, as well as customer notification that a VOD was available, so I do not think it was an issue with the e-mail being blocked, since they all come from the same e-mail.
Is/was there a problem with the notification system on Sunday? Quote

Not as far as we can tell. We sent a normal volume of online notifications yesterday and throughout the weekend.
There are times when ESP's (Email Service Providers) throttle email and defer it for a number of hours; perhaps this is happening in your case. As always, check your junk folder and make sure the messages aren't going in there.

There is nothing in my Spam folder, and unfortunately I have no idea how to get in touch with my email provider (AOL) to find out if it is being "throttled" and deferred. I still have not received any notifications since yesterday noon-time (EDT), despite knowing that, as I write this, one model I am supposed to be receiving notifications for is currently logged in.

Go here:

I just looked up your account and your notification profile is inactive, presumably due to a bounce-back. Also, it doesn't appear like the address on your account is an AOL address so you might want to make sure that is setup as you wish when you go in and make changes.

The address is an AOL domain. My last notification arrived at 12:26 p.m. EDT on Sunday, for Cherry Devivre. Since then I have only received 1 Customer VOD notification and 3 model e-mails. No other model favorite notifications have come in since. I did send two e-mails to customer service, but received nothing back from them either.
I have tried resetting my subscription information (selected "No" and saved, then selected "Yes" and saved again) so hopefully that will fix things. But is it possible to find out when the bounce-backs started occurring? I have not had an issue with bounce-backs in a long time, so I do not know why it would be happening now.

I checked our log and it shows you should have received a couple notifications today in the 12PM EST hour. Cherry Devivre was online today early but I believe it was before you updated your subscription settings. I reviewed our bounce notification log and didn't see a record of your address bouncing....just FYI. AOL was having some short term issues on Friday but doesn't explain the issues you were having on Sunday. Let us know if your notifications resume back to normal, if not we'll look into further.

So far, so good. I am receiving notifications again. I will keep my fingers crossed that the situation will remain stable. Thank you for all your assistance.
