...I keep getting a message telling me that I am not eligible! Is There a limit?
Yes, there is a limit of 15 transactions per customer I believe (per offer) for the $3-$5 special products. They aren't always available either, just depends on a lot of distinct conditions at the time you view the page.

often times i have alot of visa gift cards with less then 3 or 2 bucks on them.. even 50 cent.. is there a way that we could make a system where you can but flirt money.. the same as real money but be able to collect all that small cash into a balance.. then use that balance to buy credits. that would be nice

CaptainSaveAH0E after reading what you have said there I would sort of think if the site could do what you requested it just might crash. Perhaps what you might consider doing is see if you can cash those cards in or have the balances transferred over to a Visa card that you might have.
Just something you might look into.

like battle.net has for their games .. called a balance.. its a very simple system.. no crash

Well if the damn limit is reached.. could you please stop assailing me with offers from this "special Offer" The "special offer"s to VIPs and for spending $500 to get 275 credits free seems NEVER to have a limit.. sorry.. I know there are some on this site that can afford that.. but jesus christ people... most people cant.. Thoe yellow tabbed "special offers" were damn nice.. too bad you limited them.. If you will notice on my account info.. i havent bought credits since the limit was apparently reached....
