i recently upgraded to VIP status. i uderstood that one of the perk was to hide gray chat. also, to change my told font to white.

Hiding grey chat: at the bottom of your display (assuming you are on a PC rather than a handheld) above the box where you type your comments, there should be two icons, a gear and a smiley-face. Click on the gear and in the right hand column there is an item for "Grey Users". Move the tab to "Off".

Changing text color: at the top right corner of your page you will see your username followed by "(change)". Click on this, choose the color you want, and proceed.
