Technical Support: problem about promotional campaign
every time theres a promotional campaign it shows up on top of my vs apps and i cannot continue working because it blocks the app and theres no way for me to remove it. can somebody tell me and help me what to do about it? because if this continues i will end up cannot work eveyrtime theres a campaign.

I see you're using the mac performer application. Can I just confirm that you are using it on a 11" macbook air?
I will have a look and see if I can make that window smaller so that the buttons to proceed are visible.

yes i am using macbook air 11 inches. so there is a proceed button on that. i don't see it. it doesn't appear on the vs apps. i tried to minimize but the thing that only minimise is the apps itself not the banner. its blocking the whole thing. i hope you can help me about this. i don't want to have a problem about this overtime theres a campaign. thanks a lot and godbless! Thank you for your quick feedback. I'm working on a solution right now and hopefully I will have a fix in place later today or early tomorrow.
I will post back to this thread when the updated performer app is out.
