Technical Support: vip daily video selections
Why all of a sudden are we seeing multiples of the same persons, as many as 7 videos, in the daily vod for the VIP section? Usually there is only one per performer but as of a few days ago, there are these multiples, one performer spanning 2 days alone with more than 12 videos. is this some new policy or is the pool of available vods shrinking that badly?

I noticed that too. I think it might have something to do with the release of private videos. They are experiencing a serious backlog right now and the pool of available videos might be of a limited number of models. I hope that made sense.

That does make sense in a way. It's just odd that these repeated guys had THAT many privates in one day. Possible? Of course, but to have so few others, that just doesn't make sense with number of parties and shows one can find on any given day.

It's related to the pool of available videos. As we churn through the backlog some videos from the same server are being imported. If a performer tends to have shows on the same server it might be more likely that they appear more times. This will sort itself out as we get the VOD import caught back up.

I feel like the VIP folks have been very patient. We give this site our money each month and expect to have a certain level of service. I feel as though we have not been getting this level of service for the past few weeks. While I remain very loyal to the site and I remain extremely pleased with the product, will some consideration be given to us VIP folks and the loyal customers who have been patient through the website's many issues these past few weeks. The only response we seem to get is that the problem is being fixed...the problem is being fixed...and problems like this aren't getting fixed.
I don't want to sound like a whiner, but I just wonder if the problems will ever be fixed or will we continue to not get the service level we are paying for (ie...private shows not delivered timely, repeat daily VOD shows, website outages, sporadic problems with doing shows, etc.) because I've had problems with the site many times over the past few weeks. I know it's frustrating for everyone, and I appreciate your upfront and candid nature. Quote
