Technical Support: not getting my recorded live private video
Hi i did a private show last night for over 10 mins and still haven't received my video to watch. Not Happy

"a little behind" is an understatement. I have 5 VOD's outstanding from as far back as 10 days ago with the most recent being 2 days ago.

Calm down, please, we are all waiting for our last couple of shows. The site had been under attack multiple times in the last month creating several inconveniences for both models and members.
Our admin's first and foremost priority is to maintain security and stability on the site by assuring that such attacks won't be succesful in the future.
Don't you agree that waiting for a few VODs is secondary to this? Quote

i will be patient but i will not do any more shows until i get the recorded shows i am waiting for. it's the reason i choose privates over group/party; my excellent directing abilities need to be recorded. ;)

I was thinking the same, Soller, since I am doing privates frequently, spending credits and efforts in excellent privates for latter enjoyment, I want to be sure that I will be able to receive them. For now, I am in a full stop in privates.

The delay is frustrating but, as previously pointed out, the site has been under siege for several weeks and they have had to deal with many DDoS attacks. They are working on important issues with security and stability of the site.
The response seems to indicate that the videos are not lost. It is just a delay in their release. That is a big difference. For now we should be patient. Cheers! Quote

have3 shows from August that I still have not received, what is happening? The site is not stable some days it works some days it doesn't.

I have been watting for more than two weeks for a video and one of the reasons I pay the vip membership is because the acces to the recorded VOD. This is the last month I will pay for the vip if I dont get my videos in soon.

I have had 5 shows since August 24 and 6 this month. Of those, only one from five days ago is available for VOD viewing (why it and none of the others?) I will be calm if I can be assured that ALL of my missing videos will eventually be posted. If not, I am going to cancel my VIP which currently expires on the 17th because watching replays of my videos is one of the three reasons I subscribe, the others being private shows and being able to whisper.

I've been waiting for a recorded show for only 30 hours, and I thought that was bad! Wow, sounds like quite a backlog. But yes security is critical first and foremost !

Party chats are not recorded for you to view?(in your personal VODS)
I have never been able to see party chats on here?

If the model allows videos on their bio, you can find the recorded party and group chats there.

Yes, i'm still waiting for shows of 14 and 18 september. In the other topic it is explained that there are still 50.000 shows to be processed, and to please be patient. Backlog is reduced allready, but there is still some work to do. 
The only thing that worries me now is that i'm still missing a show of 02/10. So i'm wondering if some newer shows are again delayed. That would not be a good sign and make problems worse again. So it would be nice to hear about newer shows (let's say from october on) if they get processed quicker all the time.
