I have experienced this problem frequently as of late. So repeatedly in a specific room I had to desist trying to watch for a while, however, I can firmly attest it is not a problem of a singular broadcaster's room. I decided to corroborate the fault's ubiquity; thus visiting other broadcasters' rooms further supporting my hunch. The minieties of minute technical 'growing pains' are more irksome (in my experience) than truly disturbing or worrisome. That being said, I trust the irks shall soon be quashed — ideally banished from the times to come... Admin please be our Bellerophon and destroy these Chimaeras.

I also keep having the freezing problem. More so with specific models. been happening for at least 2 weeks. Some worse then others. then some are fine. also the slow loading.

So last night went to five rooms, just for a test. three out of five still had the freezing issue. one was really bad. I would think if was on my end it would be in all rooms.

I can also attest to this issue, but I thought it was a problem with only a couple of models. You'll be in someone's room and things are fine...then it freezes. You reload, things are fine...then freeze. Reload...things are fine...freeze. It hasn't happened often to me, but I've definitely had it happen.

I have a freezing issue with the video screen of the first performer I visit each time I log on.

A few weeks ago I started to get a message about Shockwave when I visited my first performer of the session. The performer's video screen didn't load while Shockwave was trying to do something.

Shockwave seems to be linked to Flash (both produced by Adobe), which is used to show the performer's video screen. So I followed up the links and correctly installed Shockwave. I don't know what it does, and whether it is necessary or not.

Since then I have had this freezing issue with the first performer I visit. It is fixed when I visit another performer. It is sometimes fixed when I do a Refresh, but I need to wait up to a minute for it to unfreeze.

Hope this feedback is of some help.

Different browsers don't seem to help. Screen freezes and I have to refresh, the model has tried refreshing and restarting router. All his signals are good but still have issues of freezing and then delay

Adendum: Seems to be issues in open chat and party, we were fine in private and group show

In addition to the freezing, there's a huge lag time that might be related. Last night the text to a model's whisper came up and then many seconds later I could see and hear him type it. I can just imagine what it must be doing for interactive parties. Tip....then seconds later the response. Same with all browsers. Last week I disabled my ad blocker, thinking it might be the problem, but the long delay continues.

I am still getting this problem.

Can I ask your tech team to look at Shockwave, and make sure it isn't the cause of some of the site's current chat room problems.

We will check it out. Next time you, or anyone, sees this happen, send us all the information you can. What model you were seeing, what time it was, and which platform you are watching from. The more details, the better. Mark any such messages to customer service with ATTN: Management.

Also, if this has happened, we are happy to refund any shows that ended early do to technical issues.

Site is barely working. Almost every room is frezzing off and on. when i hover over a model, most will show only black screen. some will eventually (after 30 to 40 seconds) show the model. but that freezes as well.

The webcam models can't fix, and correct all of the computer problems, and issues on this website. It is customer service, and the technicians, who do that.
