Over the past week or two, VODs of private shows have been slow showing up in my show account. I have one private from May 27 that still is MIA. What's up? I thought this problem had long been fixed.

Fine, but the May 27 private show with Zack Halack is still missing. I have received videos of two or three subsequent private shows with other models.

The variability can drive you nuts, Dallas. Sometimes they appear the same day as the show itself. Sometimes they appear in a day or two. That's the most common outcome. Occasionally they take days or weeks! Last year there was a technical fuck up that delayed lots of videos for weeks, but they cleared that up... or so we thought.

Sorry for the delay, Guys! I've been trying to get to the bottom of what happened so that I can give you a clear and honest answer.
I have some bad news and some good news:
Bad news: whatever didn't show up from your May 24-27 recordings isn't going to show up. Those recordings are lost. I'm so sorry.
Good news: whatever didn't show up from your May 31 - June 12, are just backlogged from the hardware transfer. They're on their way.

We understand your frustration and are taking multiple steps to avoid these issues in the future. Not only are we doing a mass overhaul of new equipment just for VOD, but we are also putting into place an alarm that will notify us the moment the first recording has the potential to get lost. We do not intend for this to happen again.

Again, we truly are sorry for any inconvenience. Please remain patient with us as we take these final steps in making fantastic improvements to the site.

How about a refund on part of the cpm we paid for the lost shows? The videos are part of the deal when you pay for a private, so some rebate seems only fair.

Sounds like your flash has been disabled. Enable flash (in your web browser settings) and you should see your videos.

I went to enable the flash drive but it was on and the private shows and vip vod still do not work

What you are describing is a flash issue that can be corrected in your settings. You might want to check your settings for plug-ins also. Do you have a blocker like ClicktoFlash or ClicktoPlugin? Do you have Javascript enabled?

If you still have trouble accessing the videos on the site after reviewing your settings, please contact customer service via email and let them know what browser you are using.

I have a pvt show I did a week ago and it still has not showed up on my content page. I have send 3 request to customer support but not a word from the site about if the recording will arrive or not.
