I have some bad news and some good news:
Bad news: whatever didn't show up from your May 24-27 recordings isn't going to show up. Those recordings are lost. I'm so sorry.
Good news: whatever didn't show up from your May 31 - June 12, are just backlogged from the hardware transfer. They're on their way.
We understand your frustration and are taking multiple steps to avoid these issues in the future. Not only are we doing a mass overhaul of new equipment just for VOD, but we are also putting into place an alarm that will notify us the moment the first recording has the potential to get lost. We do not intend for this to happen again.
Again, we truly are sorry for any inconvenience. Please remain patient with us as we take these final steps in making fantastic improvements to the site.
