Thanks for contacting us concerning your VOD issue. Not all shows are recorded, sometimes errors happen during recording or moving the files around therefore making the video clips un-viewable.
Even though the failure rate is pretty low, it does happen and such videos cannot be repaired or recovered. Please see the link below.

If you have any further questions or concerns regarding a VOD recording that has not shown up after 48 hours since the ending of the show, please contact us during normal business hours Monday through Friday 9am to 5pm PST and ask to look into a VOD recording issue with our VOD department to check to see if the content can be recovered.

Even though the failure rate is pretty low
In the last week, it's more than 2/3 of my admissible shows that were not entirely recorded or not recorded at all.
This is not what I call a "pretty low" failure rate.

I will also say that combined with the daily video issues, old show playback issues, etc. that this site is getting pretty buggy.

Try sending the video through re-encoding by clicking on the Report Issue button at the bottom of the player. Choose Not Playing. If after 24 hours, the video still isn’t playing, then it was probably was one of the ones affected and is most likely lost. Write a message in the comment section and I’ll double check it when we get back after New Year.

I've come to terms of accepting its just a lost show

Kurtis has already informed me that two of the shows were corrupted, was just waiting for confirmation of the other which is so far five days overdue.
I have to say thank you for all your hard work on other problems, I know how frustrating trying to trace a non repeatable problem is.

My team just informed me that there was a delay in the import process over the weekend. They are backlogged but should come through. Sorry for the delay.
