Okay guys what have your code monkeys changed since yesterday when everything was working fine? Can't do a damned thing now and I've made NO changes whatsoever on my end. EVERY room refuses to display ANY video, sound, or chat, I get only the rest of the page formatting background. :helpme

Oh and by the way, to further confirm that the problem is NOT on my end, I just visited a friend who simulcasts on "a well known competing site" and had no problem whatsoever communicating with her there. The sooner you fix things the sooner you'll have me back here, where quite frankly I WOULD prefer to be and spend my money, if only I could...

thanks for your private email & I have responded with private email. as stated originally I've made no changes here and my system works perfectly on every other site on the entire freaking web therefore it must be you guys that aren't working. once again I hope you get things fixed soon. I really do not want to lose contact with those of my friends who do not simulcast elsewhere. :helpme

Ashley in Customer Service got with me directly & after I forwarded some screen shots of the issue and of my system info, the problem was resolved and I'm able to get into the rooms again. I still have issues with the audio feed, it plays like it's in slow-motion (and has for quite some time, but that's a whole different issue & I simply just turn it off then, as I generally only use the phone to connect in places where I don't have the laptop & privacy, and so sound would not be on anyway ...)
